Property has always been his passion, so Sam jumped at the chance to launch our amazing business development team, as part of our Surveying Academy. He loved his SAVA school of residential surveying and valuation course, which is in depth and full of amazing content.. 

Sam brings a customer-oriented focus to the team, delivering exceptional service to any task he undertakes, whilst building long-lasting relationships with clients. 

Living in Croydon, Sam has an intimate knowledge of the local area and the history of London. He loves reading up on the history of period properties, and the different construction techniques used. 

When he’s not at work, he can be found jamming on his guitar, or writing short stories. He's also a great addition to any pub quiz, especially when it comes to obscure film and music trivia.
