After earning his degree in Media, Sociology and Cultural Studies at East London University, Jerome began a career in estate agency working in both Sales and Lettings for a number of years working his way up to Branch Manager. During this time he gained invaluable market knowledge, and an understanding of legislation and defect analysis. He also knows how to help you to hold a sale together and renegotiate. 

The next step in Jerome’s career was to turn his focus on helping the buyers. He recognised they need support and guidance, and as a Residential Surveyor he could add real value to their lives. Rising through our training academy, and the SAVA training school, Jerome has found his very own home here at Arnold & Baldwin.

Jerome loves nothing more than spending time with his family and in the very little spare time he does manage to get he enjoys playing football and badminton. He also has a great warm smile!
