“I’m hardly a property tycoon, but I have engaged Arnold & Baldwin for a number of surveys. There is a clear difference in the customer service and quality of their work vs others. For example the home buyers report I received was full of useful and specific information, furthermore I was able to have a call with the surveyor to understand better the rating. Other reports I’ve had from other surveyors were just full of waffle!

They are on the more expensive side for their services, but they are absolutely worth it. The quality and customer service really comes through.
