The entire process with Arnold & Baldwin has been amazing. Tyler handled my inquiry very efficiently and was able to book in a survey very quickly which was great for me and the timeline I had with the property purchase. Tom P performed the survey and was incredible. The report was really detailed and thorough and Tom took the time to explain everything to me, going above & beyond to assist me with any questions I had. We wanted a face-to-face appointment at the property to be able to ask the surveyor as many questions as possible, which they were happy to provide. This made us feel very reassured, as the flat we are purchasing is quite old and has not been looked after by the current landlord…
