Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! From speaking to Tyler and Natalie who managed to rearrange Ben’s diary to fit us in on urgent notice (in the middle of Covid’s hugely busy time), to the actual service from Ben (who we sought out to instruct specifically after he did the valuation on the property we are selling). His report was really comprehensive and gave fantastic follow up support by phone. I’d have no hesitation recommending Ben and A&B to anyone! Excellent.

Was able to book a survey and valuation within 8 days and got the report 2 days later. The surveyor noticed a couple of minor issues that I hadn’t seen myself.
