What is a property survey?

Traditionally obtained by the purchaser, a survey provides peace of mind for a buyer.

We highly recommend that every property seller should produce a property survey to help speed up their sale, maximise their sale price and avoid any issues in the exchange and completion process. A property survey is produced by qualified chartered surveyors who are Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

A Property Survey is valid until the property is sold, however may need to be updated if your property has been on the market for some time.
