Alistair leads Arnold & Baldwin’s technical operations as Technical Director, bringing 18 years of comprehensive surveying and valuation experience since entering the industry in 2007. Qualified as a Chartered Member of the RICS in 2013 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate Management, he has developed exceptional expertise across team management, training, audit, compliance, and risk management. His specialisation in pre-purchase surveys and residential valuations across central and greater London underpins Arnold & Baldwin’s reputation for delivering thorough, reliable assessments, while his leadership ensures the entire team maintains the highest professional standards.

Based in London, Alistair’s role encompasses the strategic oversight that ensures Arnold & Baldwin’s services remain at the forefront of the industry. His responsibilities for training and development, quality control, and regulatory compliance reflect his commitment to excellence across every aspect of the firm’s operations. Outside work, Alistair enjoys hiking, music, and adventures with his young family, bringing the same balanced perspective and attention to detail to both his professional leadership and personal pursuits.
