Cindy brings 17 years of diverse administrative experience to Arnold & Baldwin’s Client Care Team, having worked across recruitment, health, and property management sectors before specialising in coordinating client services for the firm. With a BSc in International Hospitality Management, she applies her understanding of exceptional service delivery to ensuring smooth, efficient experiences for clients throughout their survey and valuation journeys. Her role encompasses managing client communications, coordinating surveyor schedules, and ensuring every instruction progresses seamlessly from initial inquiry through to report delivery—the essential organisational backbone that enables Arnold & Baldwin’s surveyors to focus on their technical work.

Based in London, Cindy’s rich personal interests reflect her organised, curious nature and love of culture. As a member of London City Voices choir, she balances creative expression with her appreciation for heritage through visits to stately homes and plans to renew her National Trust membership. Her enthusiasm for travel—whether internationally or exploring Britain via National Express—museums, cinema, rambling, fitness, and even studying music and TV production courses demonstrates the same breadth of engagement and attention to detail she brings to coordinating client experiences at Arnold & Baldwin.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
