Claire brings a quarter-century of chartered surveying expertise to Arnold & Baldwin’s Surveying Team, having achieved her MRICS qualification in 2000 after earning a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Building Surveying from Greenwich University. Her career has included senior positions at respected practices, building comprehensive experience across all aspects of residential property surveys and valuations. This extensive background, combined with her foundation in construction through her BTEC National Diploma, gives Claire both the technical knowledge and practical insight to deliver authoritative assessments for clients throughout the South of England.

Based in the South of England, Claire’s commitment to continuous improvement mirrors her professional dedication – recently taking up golf alongside her established interests in gym work, dog walking, and interior design. Her eye for interior design particularly complements her surveying work, providing additional perspective on how properties can be enhanced and maintained.
