She now leads the Business Development Team while feeding strategic insights into senior management decisions. Her specialist knowledge of leasehold properties, particularly flats and short lease scenarios, makes her an invaluable resource for clients navigating these complex transactions. Whether guiding buyers through lease extension processes or advising on leasehold valuations, Grace’s wealth of knowledge ensures clients understand every aspect of their leasehold property journey.

Outside work, Grace is very family focused and even has her very own twin, bringing the same care and attention to her family life as she does to supporting Arnold & Baldwin’s clients and business development initiatives.
