Having worked for a large London Estate agent for seven years before qualifying as a surveyor, he brings invaluable market insight and commercial acumen to his leadership role. His career journey through central London’s property sector has given him comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, and he has been instrumental in growing Arnold & Baldwin to its current scale through strategic business development initiatives. Now responsible for overall strategy, direction, and growth, Nathanael ensures the firm continues to expand while maintaining the premium service standards that define its reputation.

Based in Canada Water, Nathanael balances his operational leadership with family life, including his recently arrived one-year-old daughter. His creative outlet through writing music for television and film reflects the strategic thinking and attention to detail he applies to business development and operational excellence.
