Rob Rhodes

Rob brings highly developed logistical expertise to Arnold & Baldwin’s Client Care Team, having previously worked as a diary manager for the NHS where he mastered the art of coordinating complex schedules in demanding environments.

His background in customer service enables him to communicate effectively with both clients and vendors, navigating the often tricky challenge of coordinating homeowner availability with surveyor schedules while maintaining a friendly, professional approach throughout. He also serves as Arnold & Baldwin’s drone pilot.

Based in Epsom, Rob enjoy movies and video games outside work, and has one particularly interesting distinction – an identical twin brother. Rob’s calm demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities make him an invaluable member of the team, ensuring Arnold & Baldwin’s survey operations run smoothly day after day.
