Joe undertakes surveys and valuations of prime and super prime properties for our high net worth clients. He has assisted Royalty, film stars and footballers with investing their fortunes in fine property across the UK. 

At the forefront of the future of the built environment, Joe is appointed to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Residential Survey and Valuation Professional Group and the RICS Home Survey Standards Committee, helping shape the profession by providing the technical guidance and market insights that underpin industry standards. 

Large new build properties are a speciality, as Joe is CEO of a property development company. He is able to spot those finer details and see where tradesmen have tried to cut corners. A Surrey mansion, large London office block, and restoration of a large rural Estate were his most challenging, yet rewarding builds to date. Being a lover of all things period property though, the rural estate was the overall winner, coffee by a lake to contemplate your day is simply spectacular. As you can see, life’s experiences have created Joe an all round property expert to assist you with your endeavors.

Joe is an Independent Expert, undertaking CPR compliant Expert Witness Reports on matrimonial cases, negligence claims, and probate/taxation issues. He is happy to act as a joint or single expert witness, and remains impartial through many complex issues where emotions can run high.  

A very proud father to 3 amazing daughters, Joe lives in the rural countryside with his wife, enjoying the ever-changing challenges of family life.
