After earning his degree in sports science at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Ben joined Foxtons estate agents in a crucial role across flagship offices as a move consultant. It was in this role he found a genuine passion for helping people through the property process, and soon decided that a career in surveying was the best way to continue this.

As a past alumni, Ben now regularly features in the promotional material for the SAVA school of Residential Surveying and valuation. This is testament to the fact that since qualifying as an Associate member of RICS he has become quite the success story.

Ben lives and breathes Arnold & Baldwin’s core values of honesty, approachability and expertise. Providing Building surveys, Homebuyers reports and valuations, Ben offers a professional guiding hand and a willingness to always go above and beyond for all his clients.

He is a proud member of his local football team and no slouch on the squash court. Ben is also passionate about sustainability and as a vegan, practices what he preaches.

Boasting a level three barista qualification, Ben is in charge of keeping our head office appropriately caffeinated. Little did he know that being a coffee connoisseur would come with such serious responsibility!
